Shipping policy

SHIPPING

After your order is placed, it can take around 7-10 days until your order is ready to ship.  If there are any issues, we will contact you ASAP and let you know. Please note we do not ship items on weekends and holidays. 

Duration:

Our main delivery service is Royal Mail which takes around 2 to 4 business days to be delivered to UK addresses and 3 to 11 business days to be delivered throughout Europe. International parcels are 3 to 17 business days 

Please note there could be customs fees for some countries that must be paid by you the customer. If you are unsure about import taxes and duties we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

Our main goal is it to see our Everyone happy wearing STACKS. So, if you should have any problems concerning your order, we will always find a solution.

In the event of a return/exchange, please send us a quick email to stacks-co@hotmail.com before you return the item. Unfortunately, we can not take back unannounced returns.

Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels which means you will have to take care of the shipping costs (see Return Policy) yourself. 

Once we received your package with the unworn and unwashed items back, we are more than happy to exchange your item(s) and send them right back to you. (no additional costs for you if your address is in the UK)

Or refund the price of the item(s) through the same payment method initially used. Shipping costs are not refunded.
